Programming

My programming aims to bring multiple generations and families together to celebrate Jewish life and learning while promoting full participation in synagogue life. I utilize a collaborative planning model to engage members, staff, board, and local Jewish organizations, delegating leadership roles so that community members take ownership of their Jewish experiences.

All of my programs are designed with an eye to sustainability and long-term growth. Successful events such as the Day of Sukkah Decoration and Learning and the Simchat Torah Celebration have seen their attendance increased by 300% over three years.
