I am excited to share the discoveries of over ten years of experience and my master’s degree in the field of Jewish education during professional development for synagogue staff. As part of these initiatives I teach courses and perform cyclical individual evaluations of synagogue staff to encourage self-motivated improvement. Some of my specialities include positive Jewish identity formation, experiential learning, project based learning, social-emotional learning, and teaching to differentiated learners.
