I perform lifecycle-based chaplaincy for all life transitions to provide congregants and community members the emotional and spiritual support they need during both joyous and difficult times.
I counsel one-on-one as needed, including pre-marital counseling, bar/bat-mitzvah preparation, and creating meaningful celebrations of life after the death of loved ones.
Drawing on my formal training in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from Greenwich Hospital, I am committed to visiting all interested congregants and their families in local hospital, hospice, and rehab. I meet everyone where they are, climbing into the pit with them during these times of struggle.
As life-cycle events are often deeply personal, I work with congregants to craft individualized ceremonies for all lifecycle events based on one-on-one explorations of Jewish learning and values.
